1. Service Description

SEOPulse provides automated SEO audits and weekly performance reports for websites. We analyze your submitted domain using publicly available data and third-party APIs to generate actionable SEO insights delivered to your inbox.

2. Account Registration

To use SEOPulse, you provide your email address and the domain URL you want to monitor. By registering, you confirm that:

  • The email address you provide is valid and belongs to you.
  • You have the authority to request SEO audits for the domain you submit.
  • The information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

SEOPulse offers both free and paid plans. For paid subscriptions:

  • Payment processing — all payments are handled securely through Stripe.
  • Auto-renewal — subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel beforehand.
  • Cancellation — you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
  • Price changes — we will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. You may cancel if you do not agree to the new pricing.

4. Free Tier

The free tier includes a one-time SEO audit for a single domain. Free audits are provided as-is and may have limitations compared to paid plans, including:

  • Limited number of pages analyzed.
  • No weekly recurring reports.
  • No historical data tracking.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use SEOPulse to scrape, harvest, or collect data beyond your own audit reports.
  • Submit domains you do not own or have authorization to audit.
  • Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our systems.
  • Use our service for any illegal purpose.
  • Create multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limitations.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our reports without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

SEOPulse reports are generated using automated tools and third-party data sources, including Google PageSpeed Insights. While we strive for accuracy:

  • SEO data is informational only and should not be treated as guaranteed or definitive.
  • Search engine algorithms change frequently, and audit results may not reflect real-time conditions.
  • We do not guarantee any specific improvement in search rankings or website traffic as a result of using our reports.

You are responsible for evaluating and acting on the recommendations in your reports.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology that make up SEOPulse are owned by us. Regarding your reports:

  • SEO audit reports generated for your account are for your use only.
  • You may share individual reports with your team, clients, or stakeholders.
  • You may not systematically redistribute, resell, or publish reports as your own product or service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SEOPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for decisions you make based on our reports.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

  • You can delete your account or cancel your subscription at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if we discontinue the service.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ends. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or by posting a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of SEOPulse after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of SEOPulse will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
